World Bank Group interview questions

Really disappointing process. I was invited for a first-round interview done on HireVue. The impersonal nature and ambiguous questions left a poor taste. The personality and aptitude questions at the end were done on a poorly designed app, the quality of which also reduced the score I was able to get. I was then invited for a second-round financial test. I was notified for both rounds with only a couple of days of notice. It has been months with no followup from IFC, and HR said they can't provide an update once I reached out.

Interview consists of multiple screenings and it is ensured that the candidate is excellent on all the parameters of technical and managerial skills. The process is lengthy and might get extended to over a period of 2 months as well, which was the case for me. Interview rounds might be similar but you get to meet people from various levels and the teams across globe can be involved in the process.
