World Bank Group interview questions

Interview with a panel of 5 members . Then never heard back . I believe that the interview was completely fake- reserved for somebody else. Panel members dared to bring and eat lunch during my interview and told me “ why I do not apply for other higher positions rather then this one”. How unprofessional is that ?Maybe start by stopping to carry out fake interviews waste time of people.
