Interview
After my application was screened, I was scheduled for an online interview via Skype. Common questions about strengths and weaknesses were asked. Some specific questions related to the posting and my background were also asked. The interviewer was extremely friendly and made me very comfortable. It lasted for about 30 mins.

Interview
Was asked to do a written test one month after I applied. I passed the test and was asked to do a phone interview with a panel one week later. Then was offered the position one week later.
