They explained the program, who they were and then each of the member panel did a question. I had a limit time to answer, after that the HR explained the process. There wasn't a lot of flexibility or conversation. Was straight answer and question.

Interviewers were kind but they never give feedback. They just ghost you without valuing your time. Questions asked are from the JD and if you have prepared well you get them right. However sometimes it feels like the interviews are just for formality.
