Question 1
What do you think would improve the way the organisation communicates?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at World Food Programme
Interview
A 30 to 40 minute telephone interview which surprisingly mostly focused on competencies as opposed to technical questions and previous experience. Also brief CV overview. At the end of the interview there is a possibility to ask questions which is what I believe can make a difference. It is a chance to show that you know what you are applying for and what to expect. At this point, it should also be mentioned that the selection process is very competitive, approximately 800 applicants for one position. So what will really get you the job is your initial application.
