After Application, there was an IQ test, about a mnth later there was a written test conducted remotely and two weeks later was the face-to-face interview with staff from HR and the unit i would work in

1. From your educattional background, what makes you suitable for this role?
2. Have you worked in a team and what was your personal input in the team?
3. Do you know about (a tool that had been stated in the advertisement for mobile surveys) and if yes, where do you think it is applicable and what are some of its challenges?
4. Your CV states you are creative, how have you demonstrated this in your previous work experience
It happened online through skype. Basic questions about self introduction and basic understanding of the work were asked. Information regarding statistics were discussed and further questions were asked. Background experience and related work experienced was mentioned

very hard questions, they need to ask most questions related to the job, and they should reduce the number of questions.
the process should be simple not so complicated. they should send the test score results
