(This is about office in Moscow)
I found WorldQuant company through the recruiter agent. After the agent sent them my resume it took three week to review it. Agent told me that the company is interested and they will call me to decide the time for an interview. And then the person from WorldQuant with who my agent spoke disappeared. I never got a phone call. And they never replied to the emails from my agent.
Ok, I understand the policy to contact only short listed candidates. But in this situation, when they were initially interested, but then stopped all communication is just plain weird and even offensive. At least I want to know why they changed their minds.
I hope things like this happen only in Moscow office.
usual quant analyst interview with questions on such topics as algorithms, brainteasers, probability theory, finance. The intervieer was nice, there were a few stages. Standart quant interview process, nothing really outstanding in that regard.

the interview was techinal with 2 rounds and the difficulty lv was moderate to hard and their were many brainstellers question (puzzles) in the in interview the overall experience was great and I would say prepare probability and statistics well in advance
