I was contacted by a headhunter who found me on linkedin.
When I showed interest I had a skype interview with another recruiter.
Afterwards I got a message from the head of the Budapest office to complete an online math test.
When I did that the next day I was notified that I passed the test and so was invited for another skype interview with the head of the office.
We started friendly, he asked me about my background in math, we talked a bit, then he asked about my background in data analysis and programming. I started my answer on this topic and rather abruptly he just told me that he is not interested in hiring me, and he would not hire anyone without knowledge and experience in finance anyways. Then he was bragging a bit that he recently refused a guy with two phds and he told me that he does not think I would get a job anywhere.
