I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WorldQuant
Interview
First there's a test with 40 questions, sometimes you have to choose the answer, sometimes you must type it. The time for every question is up to 6 minutes. The questions are mostly about probability, statistics, like "find expectation of ...". They're not that easy because you have to do them very quickly and you can use only calculator. Also there were some questions with pseudocode, like "what will variable x be equal to after this code is executed". Then there were 3 interviews at the same day. I expected probability questions, but got some combinatorics and theoretical maths questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at WorldQuant (Moskau, ) in Feb 2017
Interview
After I applied online and sent my CV, I was soon invited to write a computer test, after which I was invited to three consecutive interviews. The interviews were very constructive and we have discussed both my background and company's life in great detail.
