five interview with different levels: through online test, with local employees, with senior employees at headquarter, personality test, background check and compliance test. Very fast and accurate. I highly appreciate the support from HR team

Group skills test, then double 1:1 phone interview. Interviewes was an entry/middle level researchers. Both test and interview were about school-level math only, but at olympiad level. That is, in order to prepare don't study anything, it is enought (and necessary) to sleep up a night before. No finance knowledge was required, simple math only.
