Worthington Enterprises interview questions

All you get is the run around. They already have their buddies hired for the job because they waste your time and cheat you out of a job and make up silly excuses and yell you to keep looking on our careers page and apply again in the future. Sigh.

Employer was very quick to respond to my online application (less than 24 hours). I was pre-screened over the phone and invited to an interview with an HR manager and department manager. I was nervous as usual, but the staff here is very friendly and personable yet held high professionalism. The interview started right on time, and at the end, they made me feel like I was worth their time. I did receive and accept an offer from this job, but even if I didn't, they made me feel like a valued candidate wherever I would end up. My advice: don't mistake their friendliness for complacency. They are highly professional and want committed and professional candidates in return. When interviewing with them, watch your own body language and be courteous every step of the way.
