XYZ Xyzzy interview questions

it was a moderate to diificult interview process starting from aptitude test to 3 rounds of technical interview ending with HR interview.It was a 2 day process.The technical test was online while all the onetrviews were conducted offline at our college campus

Not good and wastage of time and resource . They could improve the process and the kind of question ans interviewp process. Job description doesn't matters and the interview panel ask random situation based question for L1 kind of role .
