Yandex Business Development Manager interview questions

I had three job interviews with Yandex. I applied for the first one and the process was positive. I received positive feedback, but they said they would pass the position to someone from within. In the second one, they reached me. They did not make any return after the interviews. In the third one, they contacted me again. They said they had very good feedback about me. After the interview they gave a negative answer because they said that the position was low for me. they said that it would be a downgrade for me and they would hire someone in the starting position.
