Usually 3 or 4 steps. The first one is a tech interview with base IT questions, some of them are really useless, something from university or high school, something long forgotten. The next two are tech interviews with a really hard algorithmic tasks. If you really want to pass it U have to spend a lot of time solving tasks on Leetcode.
