Handed in CV to store and was contacted a week later to arrange an interview a few days later. Questions were general, why Zara?, what motivates you?, how do you follow fashion and why is it important to you? I was told there and then that I was being offered the position and I accepted.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2012
Interview
Went to a group interview in a fancy hotel. The candidates were let in by groups. You sit in a table of ~10 people. The recruiter asked basic questions like why you would like to work at Zara and what you knew about Zara. Then, there was a bunch of cards on the table and you had to choose one, you'd get questions like: what's your most difficult group experience / what do you think are the most important qualities in a work environment. And the interview ended when everyone finished.

Interview
I went to a job fair at zara. There was a line of people waiting to be interviewed. I got interview by a 20+ manager who seemed more interested in checking out the young boys applying for the job than anything else. He asked me some basic questions:
Why do you want to work at Zara?
What can you bring to the table?
It's been five days and haven't heard back from them, I could take he didn't like me even though I have all the experience in customer service and cashiering working at a high end department store for more than ten years. A very young gay guys environment. If you are a woman and straight not a chance to work there.
