Zara Cashier interview questions

After submitting an online application, I got called to attend an assessment centre that consisted of doing icebreakers with the other attendees (14 in total) and watching videos about Inditex. At the end of the assessment, we had to fill out a form about our availability, preferred Inditex store and why Inditex/the store we chose. I got offered a role the next day and started the role the day after my offer. From the time of my application, to starting at Zara, I’d say it took about 9 days.

Applied online and got an email for a group interview. At the group interview, I was required to partner up with someone and learn about them, then introduce them to the group. I was also required to role play scenarios that would happen in store.
