I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2011
Interview
I spoke with the assistant manager at the store. He has been on the job for about 5 months only. He was very friendly. We spoke casually. He asked the basic questions - why Zara, good/bad things about Zara, best things that friends would say about you, etc. He said that they welcome people from all areas, even ones without previous retail experience because everyone can always bring something new to the store. Good luck!
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
