I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Zara (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2016
Interview
Brief; just personal questions about how your previous experience can help you in your new position; give you scenarios you have to think about to solve them; they ask you calmly but have no intention on letting you off the hook easily; very intense glares; they'll ask you if you have a love for retail/customer service and questions similar to it to get to know you better; overall pretty easy interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Do you know the history about Zara?
- Why Zara?
- What do you like about Zara
Basic questions
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
