I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2015
Interview
Interview process was short and simple. They want to know that you are extremely dedicated and self-motivated. A flexible schedule is also a plus. Make sure to dress according to the Zara look. Cleanliness is key.

Question 1
What interested you about Zara and what makes you different than everyone else?
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
