I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied on index website, called for group interview at regents street, very informal, watched a video, few icebreaker questions nothing serious, fill in availability, mini 1 to 1 interview at the end called up one by one, call back a week later about whether you are successful or not and then if successful they arrange an interview with your preferred branch for interview with the manager. got the job straight away was asked to start work the next day!

give an example for previous customer service experience
why do you want to work for zara
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
