I applied in-person. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in May 2017
Interview
It was a group interview. The interviewers presented the company in few words and their policy. After that, they asked us five questions. The managers was kind and polite. At the end of the interview they gave us some suggestions and they have encouraged us in our job search if the company do not hire us.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
