I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Straight forward
- handed CV in regent street HQ - not hard to find near Apple Store and Regent Street Zara
- interview next day - with HR manager cool guy, I had interviewed a year before but go response so I told him and he simply asked me two-three questions plus my availability and I was all set.
- training following week. At store girl that trained me was superb, very helpful and a lot better than any of the management
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
