I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Mini-standing interview when applied for the role in person. Whereby I was asked why I wanted to work for Zara and join the Inditex team. Upon the completion of that 2 minute interview, my application was put to one side from the other applications.
Then I was invited in for a group interview. There were around 15 applicants in the room sat around in a circle. We were asked to describe ourselves as part of an 'icebreaker', and then put into groups. In which we had to fashion a garment of our own (by drawing on a paper) and then present it to the rest of the room.

Question 1
Why I wanted to work for Zara and join the Inditex family?
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
