I literally just walked into the store and asked to speak to the manager; lucky for me, I was speaking to her. I asked her if they were hiring and gave her my resume. She walked me over to the register and handed me a application and told me I was hired. I filled out the paperwork and she told me to show up on Monday before the store opened.

Question 1
It was more of a comment, She told me "you know you're going to have to work hard here"
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
