I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was informal and quick, we met inside the mall and the interview was performed in front of the store at a small fountain area with seating. I met with the store manager at the time who was brief with her questions and the interview process didn't last that long. They did offer the position to me on the spot but based on certain factors I turned down the position.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
