I applied in-person. I interviewed at Zara (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
They had a hiring event during the holiday season. You can check online whether they're hiring. I went in to the store to submit my resume in-person where they had me fill out a mini application as well where I let them know my availability.
So long as you tell them you can work fast-paced, and don't mind exhausting yourself while dealing with many customers (and being friendly to them) while managing your duties, they'll hire you.

Question 1
What was one stressful moment you've had during customer service, and how did you deal with it?
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
