Interview
It was open call hosted at a hotel. The interview was quick, because of the high valume of candidates. They ask simple questions like past experience and why you want to work for Zara.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
