I applied in-person. I interviewed at Zara (Manchester, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied in store by handing in my CV to the manager. A week later the manager rang me and gave me a mii phone interview and said f i was successful I would be invited for a face to face interview. Passed the phone interview and was told to come in to meet face to face the next day. I went to the interview smartly dressed and was interview by the store manager and the head cashier. The manager asked me a lot of questions - all of which I was prepared for. Once she finished the head cashier had some questions for me too. They were both very friendly and we got along very well. It was very comfortable and not too intense. They rang me two hours after the interview and offered me the job.
