I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Zara (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Submitted my application and resume online. Within 2 days I heard back from the HR/hiring personnel and was scheduled to come in for a meeting. The meeting was a group interview, we watched 2 videos that discussed the company and then worked on a partner exercise that accessed our problem-solving skills. After that, we had to listen to our partners background and their reason for wanting to work at Zara then present that information for your partner to the entire group. An hour after the interview I got a call back saying I got the job.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
