I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied on the inditex website. Heard back the next day inviting me for a group interview. I had practiced some common interview questions should I be asked for a 1-1 but it was just the group. They played two videos about inditex and asked us about it. I think talking and showing confidence is what they want (obv know what you're saying). Heard back about 2 weeks later saying I was successful and they'd get back to me if they had an open role for sales assistant.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
