I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was a Zara job fair for their new store opening so it was a drop in interview. I had a group interview and the process was very straightforward and the interview environment was very comfortable.I was interviewed by 1 person and required to bring my resume. At the place I had to fulfil another application and hand in both that and my resume. They said they would let me know by the beginning to the middle of the week, however I received an email at the end of it, offering me a position and telling me to come in to hand in my SIN, direct deposit and sign papers. Interview questions were straight forward, come in dressed well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about what I know about the company (origin, competitors, business model), what I look for in a manager, an experience of working with a team, how did I approach a situation where I didn't know something
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
