Zara Sale Associate interview questions

Applied online, got an email with an invitation for a group interview a week later. The interview invitation was for the next day, only had a 24 hour notice and I had to reply right away if I would be attending for not. I arrived to the corporate office and was asked to fill out a quick application. I was later called to a 1:1 short interview, she asked about my previous experience and availability. She asked me if I could wait for part 2. We proceeded to a room where a couple of the other applicants were, we saw a quick intro film about Inditex and then we were told we got the job. We filled out all the paperwork that same day.

All the job interviews that I have ever went on for Zara were all open group interviews. Usually would take place outside with a group of 4-20 people. The managers are always very sweet. The ask open ended questions to get to you and how you work .
