I emailed Inditex when I saw they were recruiting for a new store opening. They contacted me about a month later asking me to attend a group interview. In the interview they asked us what we knew about Zara and what jobs we had applied for, then we watched two videos on Zara and both were followed by further questions. There were two tasks in the interview, the first we were put into groups and given a situation which we might experience while working at Zara and the second we were put into pairs and asked to describe why we thought the other person should get the job.
