I wasn't really asked any questions. I was just given the job description, given the chance to meet the other team members, then was returned to the hiring manager who asked me if I had questions about the job. After I was officially hired and given a start date, I was called about 3 more times and asked to provide additional paperwork or information they had forgotten to ask me for. They sounded like the sky would fall in if I didn't stop what I was doing and immediately bring in the paperwork they wanted. That attitude has not changed and should've been my first clue.
