The assessment entails the writing of an email based on given situation that entails a contradiction thus the judgement of the candidate is judged. There is no opportunity to elaborate your choices after the assessment. A review of the assessment is not shared with candidates. Only successful candidates are offered a contract. When candidate does not hear anything back from the interview this means they have offered the job to someone else and are awaiting result of that process. This happened to me twice.
