There were no difficult questions....but all questions were unexpected and seriously inadequate to even begin to assess an individual or their skills.

Several questions related to how you would react in a certain situation or tackle a certain issue (i.e. stressful situations, workload, deadlines). I was asked to go in to the fine details of my answers and really explain myself. Some questions were aimed at finding out how I would fit with the company values.

There were so many questions, I do not remember them all. The seem to be more impressed with the questions I asked them, then they were with how I answered the questions that were asked.
