No hard questions as such but basic ones such as - how do you deal with stress, how do you solve a problem, how do you deal with conflict in the work place, name something you've gone above and beyond for, what books have you read, why CA, why you, etc.
All very basic. They ask you how you prioritize your day, how you handle multiple tasks, give examples of a time you had to deal with an unhappy client, etc. You know it is going well when they ask you what you like to do in your spare time, plans for the weekend, etc!
What is the biggest problem in hospital systems based on my previous experience?
Where do you live? The manager asked me where I am from? (felt that it was an inappropriate question for the interview? Ask for telemarketing experience?
