Really, there were no surprises. As I said above, the expectations were set very clearly from the in-house recruiter. They have a very specific type of person they're looking for, and all the hard work preparing for the interviews and presentation pay off!

The usual questions you get asked interviewing for sales roles: previous experience, quota, performance, average deal sizes you worked on, etc. The one thing that was asked that is perhaps a bit more unusual is that you are comfortable working remotely as it's 100% remote.

A situation occurs like this: A customer has unfortunately been missed on pick ups 2 days in a row. The customer is very upset and threatens to stop doing business with you.......HOW would you handle this situation and is there any corrective action you would take??
