There was no brain teaser type questions. Questions were based primarily on providing scenario's where there were difficult situations with a customer, a person, issues and what you did.
The most difficult question was regarding an industry standard term that I wasn't familiar with. I knew it by another name and fished around a bit for more clarification before I provide a good answer.
