2nd Round - Walkthrough of resume followed by two cases - 1 Critical Thinking Case and 1 Product-related case. This was followed by a detailed conversation about how I operate at work and in general. For eg., how do I keep myself updated with the latest trends in the industry and what are some of the habits that I have built. Since I do not have a fin-tech background, I was asked what all I would do in the first week on the job to get myself up to speed with the developments in the industry and the org. I was also asked about other roles and companies I find interesting.
