The personality testing which I undertook was an interesting new approach. For c 50 questions (online) I was not only asked for my own honest responses, but an indication of what I thought the preferred responses of the employer would be. Very interesting, and a very honest approach.

Be able to role play and sell your self as to why you should be chosen for the role your applying.
Mainly just basic behavioral questions, they go over the company as a whole and then specifically talk about the role. They then ask you some questions about yourself.
