They asked me if I wrote a novel and I had to name the last chapter of the book, what I would call it. My answer I think won me the job. I would name the last Chapter "The Best is Yet to Come". It must have been a good answer since I got the job. Other questions were regular questions like how you would provide customer service if a client had a problem with their order.
