Normal behavioral questions, nothing crazy. There was no technical questions at all. No take home exam or in person exam.

Describe a situation in which you had a sudden and unexpected problem that arose at work, how did you deal with, and what were the results.
Pretty thorough questioning about relatable experience, technical ability, and behavioral characteristics. Strengths/Weaknesses, experience with Great Plains, tell me about yourself, etc. Nothing really out of the ordinary.
