The HR interview was easy. I thought the manager interview could have similar behaviour questions but no. They just let you go through your resume yourself talking about your past experience, expect follow-up questions.
How would I handle conflict with Vendors or Customers? How have I handled reporting and processing of reports to CPAs and others? How well do I work in excel? Do I know payroll entries? Do I have experience with 401k? How would I describe working with coworkers, vendors, or customers?
