there were 5 BI questions for each one with some general question
The questions seem formatted and not very much thought went into them. The interviewer was the head of HR which is odd, because you are usually interviewed by someone else and not the manager of a department right away. The office was in Dallas and was very over rated
They started off with the general questions: Greatest strengths/weaknesses. Give examples of how you achieve goals/problem solve/ are a team player/contributed to team goals, etc.
They were outside of the box thinking questions. It was nice to relate your experiences back to the actual job responsibilities. People who interviewed seemed friendly and it seemed like a fast paced environment with challenging opportunities
Would you feel comfortable working in a reduced role where managing was not part of the job?
