What is a challenge you faced and how did you overcome it?
The last interview I was sent an email prior to my panel interview and I needed to answer several questions that were related to three spreadsheets (two of which were chart of accounts). The questions were applicable to the job, so I thought they were reasonable. What I thought was unreasonable about the assessment was the amount of questions they asked, and how lengthy process was. I would’ve preferred this assessment was given before applying for the job. They should have somewhere on their website to take the assessment before going through the interview process.
