The most difficult question for me was between "what makes you a good candidate for the position?" and being able to describe what you would do in a certain situation if a) a kid got into a fight with another student and b) a parent wants to speak with you and c) it is time for you to rotate to the next area to stay on time with program activities.

How would I deal with or resolve issues with caregivers (CNA's) who didn't want to let the activities be done? This was a tricky question as the CNA's are under the RN, not under the activity director.
