How would I deal with or resolve issues with caregivers (CNA's) who didn't want to let the activities be done? This was a tricky question as the CNA's are under the RN, not under the activity director.

I was asked what my comfort level was with a variety of outdoor activities (these included things all the things each different age group did), as well as if there was an age level I was more comfortable working with.
