I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at adidas (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2011
Interview
They asked a bunch of very easy questions in regards to education, past retail experience and certain situations that may apply and how they were handled or carried out in prior situations. There was not a paper questionnaire and the interview process itself was done with two other employees which made it relatively laid back as we carried out conversation with each other in regards to work experiences.

Question 1
What sort of sales experience have you had in the past?
I applied online. I interviewed at adidas in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied for Adidas back in early July and received an email for a group interview in August. Two weeks later, I get to the interview to see about thirty to forty other people there. It wasn't a group interview. They put us on the floor individually with a worker who pretended to be a customer. If we scored good with the worker, we got the job. Luckily, I scored very well and got the job. The General manager is very nice and playful and the whole environment is relaxing.
