I asked them to describe a normal day in the role, they said “you come in and do what I say”.
I asked how many people in the team. They said 7. How many claims. They said 6000.

None of the interview questions were difficult. Be prepared to be asked about yourself, your previous work experience. How do you handle difficult customers and fellow employees? How do you feel about working in a 24 hour environment and doing different shifts
A lot of questions about different scenarios, what would you do or what did you do in that situation in the past. They were basically questioning how you would handle various scenarios.
