The first few questions are basic career and experience history, then the questions become more behavioral type questions. I suggest preparing ahead of time for these types of questions. For example: " Tell us about a time when you made a huge mistake in your position, and how you handled it? " Your answer must be specific, show actions and dthe result while also selling some skill set that you have like accountability, decision making, leadership skills, etc. Being unprepared for these types of questions can be a sure way to not get hired.
